SCHOOL RESIDENCY COMPLIANCE PROGRAM
The goal of this proposal is to create a comprehensive pupil residency verification system for your District to insure pupil compliance with district residency requirements. The purpose of the residency review system is to create a cost-effective and accurate method for reviewing pupil residency status in order to reduce the ongoing costs associated with continuing out-of-district pupil enrollment in the District. BelayUSA Corporation (BelayUSA) has created a multi-step approach in order to verify pupil residency, identify and investigate residency abnormalities, and prevent ongoing theft of educational services by out-of-district pupils. This approach will use assessments based upon facts rather than characteristics or traits. BelayUSA will use an integrative systems approach to determine if individual pupils present theft of educational services risks and work to mitigate and recoup losses to the District incurred by theft of educational services.
