BelayUSA CEO & President
-Carl Long serves as the President and CEO of BelayUSA Corporation. With a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Capital University in Columbus, OH, Mr. Long established BelayUSA Investigations in response to a need for proactive programs in today's corporate America. Mr. Long's career began as an Ohio Deputy Sheriff and progressed from a uniformed Sheriff to an undercover narcotics agent capacity in which he worked the streets of Ohio.
Mr. Long's law enforcement experience, coupled with a strong business background, resulted in the development of an individual who possesses valuable skills and experiences in both facets. He is an outstanding resource to BelayUSA and any client.
The diversity of Mr. Long's education and experiences extend to the development of BelayUSA where diversity of the individual is highly valued. As a result, the firm offers more than a straight line view toward problem solving and identifying solutions needed to solve the diverse problems facing corporate America today.

-JAMES WHEADON
Director of Undercover Operations
James Wheadon is the Director of Undercover Operations. Mr. Wheadon entered the law enforcement community while assigned to an intelligence unit in the United States Army. From there Mr. Wheadon became uniformed law enforcement with the Ohio County Deputy Sheriff office. During his time as a Deputy Sheriff, he earned his Bachelor's degree in criminal justice from The University of Akron. He then joined a multi-county joint task force narcotics unit as an undercover street agent, followed by managing a two county narcotics unit where he spent more than 20 years as Director. Throughout his 35 years of experience in law enforcement, Mr. Wheadon facilitated and directly supervised hundreds of felony investigations for many federal agencies, resulting in thousands of arrests and successful prosecutions. Many of the drug operations were multi-jurisdictional investigations in cooperation with local, state, and federal agencies. Mr. Wheadon has taught law enforcement classes at The University of Akron, is an expert in drug identification, and his testimony is considered "expert" for the industry.

During his recent retirement, Mr. Wheadon was recognized by many local, state, and federal agencies for decades of service and professionalism.

-DR. J. R. SANDFORD
BelayUSA Chief Financial Consultant
Dr. J. R. Sanford is the Chief Financial Consultant for BelayUSA Investigations. Dr. Sanford has graduated from numerous colleges and universities, including Air War College, Air Command and Staff College, Bliss College, The University of the State of New York, Industrial College of the Armed Forces, The Ohio State University, Urbana University, and has earned graduate degrees from The University of Southern California, California Western University, and Central Michigan University. Dr. Sanford attended The University of Maryland; Park University; The Institute for Advanced Technology; Intelligence Officer School; Hand, Shoulder, and Basic Defense Weapons Course; Data Systems School; Armament Electronic School; and many other resident schools, courses, and classes.

Colonel Sanford, now retired from the United States Air Force, was involved in international, national, and organizational security. He has also retired from the State of Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation. He currently teaches graduate and undergraduate courses for several local universities and is a State of Ohio Licensed Private Investigator.
